Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans ce superbe hôtel : vue époustouflante sur la baie de Naples et le Vésuve, ambiance tranquille, personnel accueillant, excellente nourriture, piscine et plage très agréables. Peu éloigné du centre ville, un arrêt d'autobus à proximité. Nos remerciements en particulier à Rossella et Luigi qui nous ont choyées au restaurant. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The hotel is clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, they met to our every need. They sorted out excursions and car hire, helped us find our way and recommended restaurants for us to eat in. The bar (which we spent a lot of time in!) was great, with wonderful staff who were chatty and entertaining and the view was amazing too! Vesuvius was visible from our rooms, from the pool and from almost every point! The atmosphere at this hotel was buzzing, welcoming and friendly. We cannot wait to come back, and given the opportunity we would come back tomorrow! Thank you for the best holiday we have ever been on.

My husband and I have just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel. We would just like to thank all the staff there for making our stay so memorable. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and well decorated. The food was delicious and the waiters and waitresses friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Mario and Rosella who looked after us in the restaurant. I am recommending this hotel to all my friends and hope to return sometime in the future!

wir waren eine woche in diesem wunderschönen hotel. das zimmer war toll, jeden tag wurde das kissen frisch bezogen, es war sehr sauber, das badezimmer ebenso. das personal an der rezeption, sowie im speisesaal, an der bar und am pool war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. an der rezeption wurde sehr gut deutsch gesprochen. das essen war vorzüglich und abwechslungsreich. es ist ein hotel in dem man immer wieder gerne urlaub machen wird. das hotel hat den namen "grand hotel" mehr als verdient.

We stayed with you just over two weeks ago and I Just want to pass on our sincere thanks to all the wonderful staff. Customer service was exceptional (especially on reception), food was delicious, cleanliness was superb and the views were amazing! Will definately return.
